OPTIMIZE is PrimeForge's contractor-focused contract intelligence and pursuit operating system. It helps businesses discover and qualify contracts, research counterparties and manage acquisition workflow.

Who we're recruiting

Independent commercial agents and sales companies with relationships in construction, specialty trades, field services, procurement or B2B SaaS. Priority markets include the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands/Benelux, Italy and the Nordic countries.

Founding compensation

Approved Founding Partners earn 40% of qualifying net subscription revenue actually collected from customers properly attributed to them during each customer's first 12 paid months. Refunds, chargebacks, disputes, taxes, credits, fraudulent transactions and self-referrals are excluded. Payout timing, attribution, eligibility and compliance requirements are finalized in the written partner agreement. Partners are independent contractors and cannot bind PrimeForge or make unauthorized claims.

What "Founding Partner" means

Legal clarification: "Founding Global Partner" is a marketing designation for approved independent referral and sales professionals only, not an ownership or legal partnership interest. Application or program participation grants no equity, shares, profit distributions, voting or management rights, interest in OPTIMIZE software or other intellectual property, employment, franchise, joint venture, agency or authority to represent, negotiate for, or bind PrimeForge. The 40% figure refers solely to eligible commissions on qualifying net customer subscription receipts during the first 12 paid months, not 40% of the company, its revenue overall or profits. No income is guaranteed; eligibility, attribution, exclusions and payouts require a separate signed written agreement. Independent status depends on the actual relationship and applicable law.
